Productivity with Google Keep

Productivity tools are any tools that help users be more productive and efficient to complete a task. These can be time-savers to complete the task quicker. One productivity tool I absolutely love is Google Keep!

First, the app works seamlessly with other Google tools! Add a photo📸, hyperlinks to trip information 🌇, or a background to the note. With Google Keep, the notes can also be pinned📌 to the top without having to scroll through the app to find important notes. Google Keep also keeps the notes neat and organized with enlarging the font size to make it easier to read.

Want to share the notes with a spouse or coworker? It’s as easy as pie! Google Keep allows the user to share the note through email. A huge bonus if the collaborator also has Gmail as they can edit or add to the note.

The check boxes though are my favorite! It is so rewarding to check items off the list once they are completed. Plus, Google Keep works with Google Workspace and is free for users. No apple or Android debate since it works with a web browser, or you can download the app if you prefer.
