The Ed Tech Doctora is In!

Hello all and welcome to my blog! Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Larissa Mireles and I absolutely love all things instructional technology. I obtained my Master of Arts in Education: Digital Teaching and Learning from Azusa Pacific University. Go Cougs!

How it Started: 2014

The very first training I formally helped with was actually my first year teaching! Dr. Renae Bryant (click on the link to follow her on Twitter or Instagram) asked me to assist with a training on our district instructional tool, Illuminate. I absolutely loved helping out and teaching fellow teachers how to use instructional technology to engage their students.

Since the first training, I have led or co-led trainings on Google Workspace for Education, Aeries, WeVideo, social media strategies for schools, Code.org, and other instructional technology tools for the classroom.

What this Blog Is

This blog will be about instructional technology tools, tips, and strategies to take back to your classroom to engage your students.
